BD in Sandy, UT was recognized as a 2022 Green Business honoree by Utah Business and Rocky Mountain Power for making significant strides toward Utah’s environmental sustainability. The local site is being awarded a Blue Sky Legacy award and has participated in the Rocky Mountain Blue Sky program for over 15 years, matching more than 218 million kilowatt-hours of electric use with renewable energy. Globally, we continue to work toward our goal of 25% energy reduction by 2030 by investing in on-site renewable energy (we achieved a 14% energy reduction in FY2021).
